The service
Jodie provides market-structure research, including observed co-movement, filing-linked company relationships, and related market context. It is an information service, not a broker, investment adviser, or fiduciary.
No investment advice
Nothing on Jodie is a recommendation, solicitation, prediction, price target, or instruction to buy, sell, or hold a security. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access, bypass product limits, interfere with the service, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or data.
Plans and payment
Paid features are made available under the plan shown at checkout. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Mobile purchases may be administered through the applicable app store and RevenueCat. Billing, cancellation, and renewal are governed by the terms presented by the relevant payment provider and any applicable store rules.
Data and intellectual property
Jodie's software, market-structure classifications, presentation, and data compilations are protected by applicable law. Public relationship previews are subject to the Jodie data license. Do not bulk-download, scrape, redistribute, resell, or train models on Jodie data without written permission.
Availability and changes
Market data, filing-derived relationships, and service features may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date on this page.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jodie disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for any decision.
